Audiology concentrates on hearing concerns and disorders. An audiologist is a specialist in the diagnosis and non-medical treatment of hearing and balance problems. Rehabilitation of hearing loss and other hearing conditions can be administered by an Audiologist through fitting of hearing aids and/or assistive listening devices. An Audiologist will identify and assess hearing related concerns and problems and find an appropriate solution.
