The average rating for a hearing aid center in the Medford area is 5 out of 5 stars. Here's what one of our users said about Audiology Associates of Southern Oregon - Grants Pass, Grants Pass, OR. “My husband needed to have his old hearing aid adjusted so we first went to another company in Grants Pass and weren't very pleased with that company. We ended up finding Audiology Associates of Southern Oregon and met Jeffrey Berg. He was very nice and spent time talking and trying to adjust my husband's old aid. Afterwards he discovered that there was a small wire broken in it and it needed to be repaired. He sent it off and we waited. When it came back he again spoke with us and explained everything that he was doing as he adjusted it as much as the old aid could take, as it was almost 5 years old and close to the end of its usefulness. All the while not trying to sell us a new hearing aid only trying to help my husband hear better with what he had. He really took his time with us explaining and answering our questions. When the old repaired aid came back, Jeffrey adjusted it almost to its max and suggested he live with it for a week or so and see if it was doing better. It wasn't, the TV still had to be loud and my husband was having difficulty hearing me. So we went back to Jeffrey and told him we needed a new hearing aid. He talked with us asking questions of my husbands life and life style and coming to a conclusion as to the best aid that would help him hear as he only has one ear to hear from. He has no ear drum in the other ear so Jeffrey had to consider this in his suggestion of a new aid which was a completely different type from what my husband had before. With the aid Jeffrey suggested my husband could utilize all the power he could from the new hearing aid. He is now hearing sounds that he says he hasn't heard in 20 years. Thank you Jeffrey for taking the time and having the patience to give him his hearing back. We would highly recommend Audiology Assoc. of Southern OR to anyone that is in the market for a new hearing aid or your first aid as Jeffrey and the staff at Audiology Assoc. is very helpful and knowledgeable as it is a family owned business with the father and son and associate there to help you get your hearing back. ” - James B.
