“Made an appointment three weeks in advance and drove four hours from Ashland to bed when I arrived I had to sign a release stating that I might be responsible for the cost of the appointment ($350!). My complaint is that they should have check insurance (Medicare) before I arrived and advised me, or at least ask me on the phone what insurance I had instead of being surprised the day of the appointment. This was a complete waste of trip for me.”
“They seem to know what they are doing. ”
“Realistic and not pushy. No pressure. ”
“They are friendly but professional. No nonsense - she spent what seemed like a lot of time with me doing fine tuning. That was good a good thing - unfortunately mine are old enough that the new computer programs haven't kept up and she had to go hunt an older program. Somebody had one on a laptop, which was a good thing, so we were able to talk to my old hearing aids and re-adjust them. She went the extra mile on that one, for sure. ”
“Really informative. ”
