“Dr. Gene Woodard is wonderful to work with! He is very knowledgeable, kind, courteous, very professional, and funny! He made the “getting my first hearing aids” experience not so bad! I’m actually excited to get my first pair of hearing aids and looking forward to wearing them and being able to hear much better. That was not the case before I went in to see Dr. Woodard. Advantage Audiology also takes my insurance, which is not the case for every location

“My 1st hearing aid experience was 5 years ago with Advantage. I returned recently because my family had been complaining about the my poor hearing ability. I was prescribed a set of hearing aids that have since been delivered. My hearing improved immediately. My initial visit 5 years ago resulted in only one hearing aid; this visit I received two hearing aids and it made a huge difference. I've told my friends as well.”

“Very frustrating as no one ever answers the phone. Finally, just went to the office dropped off one hearing aide to be repaired. Called to follow up in a week. Was not told they were closing for a week. So when I called to follow up a recording said closed on June 3O until July 10. In the meantime the other one quit working. So my husband is without now until?????? Just very disheartening. He has only had them 3 years and we’re very expensive. No customer service whatsoever. Like no one cared to even speak to us much less listen. ”

“The speaker wire broke on my left hearing aid and I could not hear anything from the right hearing aid. I had a very important meeting the next day so I dropped them in the mail slot Sunday evening and Gene had them fixed and I picked them up at noon on Monday the following day and they worked great.”
