“ I had an appt. on 10.28 and 10.30, as they claim to specialize in pediatrics and do not. If they don't get the results they need and have to have another visit due to the fact they were not prepared to handle a child (which they specialize in mind you) they will charge you for constant repeat visits. Thank goodness I reached out to where their techs and doctors do specialize in pediatrics. Two people in the room, videos to calm the child down and a bubble machine. I came back to Eastern Oklahoma with these techniques (brought my husband and own bubble machine) I learned in January and we got the results we needed in under 10 minutes, when the second visit took almost an hour. A week later (after the 10.30 visit) my child was diagnosed with a double ear infection that wasn't caught by your doctor. After I called and told your staff about the ear infection they still wanted me to come in to have a test where they had to put my child to sleep (ABR I think) even after telling the doctor the baby had an ear infection (the nurse said let me make sure I don't think we would, but the doctor said yes) and then they wanted to charge me for that visit that I had to dispute (like dude I called you and told you what're we doing here?) The only reason I came back to Eastern Oklahoma is because of insurance other than that... If there are any other ENT referrals available that accept my insurance I will be going elsewhere. Charge me over a $1000 for 3 visits because you guys couldn't get it right the first time. Hopefully your staff gets additional pediatric training before overcharging parents for repeat visits unnecessarily and before you say you "specialize in pediatrics". Stop price gouging families if you actually do not specialize in pediatric care and get your staff some additional training or take my tip to improve quality. ”

“I have been receiving botox injections in my vocal cords for twelve years from Dr. Sawyer. He is a wonderful and very compassionate doctor. I also absolutely love his nurse Margaret, she is also compassionate and great at her job. This is something that I wish I didn't have to do but I am so thankful that I have by far the best medical team taking care if me!!! ”

“I made an appointment then, they come up and say I still own an outstanding bill from back in 2005 which is 10 years ago and the law only requires you to keep records for 7 years. No1. I do not remember ever going to them in the first place. No 2. If it was 10 years ago I consider it paid as I've never received a bill from them that I know of. no 3. Said they would not see me till the bill was paid in full. It's been 10 years and if there were really a bill I should have received something about it long before now. Feel they are trying to Rip me off for someone else's bill. As far as I'm concerned the bill has been paid in full.”
