Dr. Michele Rogers earned her doctorate in Audiology from A.T. Still University of Health Sciences and her master’s degree with honors from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. She has been with Allergy Ear Nose & Throat Institute since 2003.
She attended Kenyon College (Ohio) and The University of Oklahoma before completing her Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She received her Master of Science in Audiology with honors from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.
T. Tate Bay has been with Allergy Ear Nose & Throat Institute since 2008.
He attended Cameron University and The University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma before completing his Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders and Master of Science in Audiology with honors from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. He earned his Doctor of Audiology from the Arizona School of Health Sciences – A.T. Still University.
Allergy Ear Nose & Throat Institute was developed with the vision of providing the highest possible quality in health care. Dale B. Smith, D.O., and John H. McGath, M.D., are highly trained, board certified physicians who specialize in the medical and surgical treatment of problems related to the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck.
Southwest Oklahoma Hearing Center's audiologists, Michele L. Rogers, Au.D., and T. Tate Bay, M.S., work in conjunction with these physicians to provide audiologic treatment to patients with hearing and balance disorders. Our audiologists are licensed in Oklahoma and hold their Certificates of Clinical Competence by the American Speech and Hearing Association.
Diagnostic Hearing Evaluations to determine the type and degree of hearing loss, if present.
Hearing Aid Dispensing Services: Following diagnosis, we discuss the options for the appropriate amplification options that may fit your specific needs.
Auditory Brainstem Response (ABR) evaluations for assessment of hearing in infants and for neurological evaluation of the auditory system.
Electronystagmography (ENG) evaluation of the balance system upon physician referral.
Tinnitus (Ringing in the Ears) Evaluation leading to the appropriate medical referrals and recommendations.
Custom Earmolds for hearing aids, swim plugs, noise protection, musician's plugs, and other custom applications
