It offers comprehensive emergency-medical care for a wide variety of medical needs, prioritizing and streamlining procedures to serve all patients. Our rapid triage process identifies patient needs to expedite critical care effectively. FMC’s specially trained and experienced health-care professionals work together with cardiologists, specialty physicians and house physicians to provide championship care for best possible outcomes. Our emergency department also employs certified sexual assault nurse examiners and crisis intervention counselors for exceptional crisis care in a safe environment. Please remember that your first choice for care is not always the emergency department. Your family physician should be your first choice for care, unless it is a serious medical emergency.
