“I brought my mom here for a hearing test. We got in quickly. She did the test then she took some time discussing the results. There was one thing that I didn't like. I didn't like the fact that when I asked questions about pricing, I asked her if she had some kind of material that she could give me on that and she said no they don't had out material on that. So that makes it really hard for me to do any kind of comparison. And we still haven't made any decisions on the hearing aids. The whole point was to get her hearing tested, seeing how that is and then find hearing aids. So because we chose that particular place to get her hearing checked, they would be the first place to look for hearing aids. But it's kind of hard for me, I couldn't write it down, I had to try to remember it. They didn't have any papers telling me pricing or their policies as far if the hearing aids don't work out, do they give a refund or how much of a refund, or any of that procedure. So that really bothered me, that was a big problem with me.”
