* Identify and select a MetroHealth physician for consultation or patient referral. * Answer questions concerning The MetroHealth System or our programs and services. * Obtain MetroHealth Referral information, forms and other materials, including maps to give to patients referred to The MetroHealth System. Your patient referral to MetroHealth is individually handled by experienced staff who will: * Schedule an appointment for your patient's initial visit. * Register your patient prior to the initial appointment to avoid delays on arrival. * Communicate with you on a timely basis regarding your patient's care at MetroHealth from the initial contact until completion of all visits. * Coordinate transmittal of individual records prior to appointment.
