Felicia joined Hillcrest Hearing Aids and Balance Center in 1985 and earned her doctorate in Audiology from Arizona School of Health and Hearing Sciences. She currently is the team leader of a great staff of highly qualified and experienced Audiologists. Her main focus through the years has been on amplification and hearing rehabilitation.
