Jim Morris is the President of HEARINC and has been practicing in the field of audiology as a certified hearing specialist since 1998. He is a graduate of Kent State University. Jim became interested in the field of audiology in 1998 because his father, grandfather and several uncles who worked in industry and served in World War II suffered hearing loss. With a corporate background in problem diagnostics and solution applications Jim felt he could take a different approach to correcting hearing loss and restore patients to the most active lifestyle possible.

Dr. Byrer is an audiologist who has been helping people hear better in our area for the past 10 years. Kelly is a graduate of The Ohio State University, Kent State University and AT Still University. Kelly's education, experience and training, along with her compassionate approach to patient care, has earned her a reputation for acheiving excellent results in diagnostics and rehabilitation for hearing and balance/vertigo problems. Kelly has certification in vestibular assessment and management.

Shera Kile, M.A. is a licensed audiologist who after a brief hiatus from the field has returned to practice audiology. Shera is a graduate of Kent State University. Shera previously worked for 11 years in the Canton City School district as an educational audiologist. Shera's extensive experience with the pediatric population (children ages 3-18 years old) will be invaluable as we expand our practice to assist patients in this age group.
