Dawn graduated from the Sate University at Buffalo with a Masters Degree in 1991. After graduation, she was selected to attend the prestigious Post Graduate Audiology Internship with Starkey Hearing. Aid Company. She was employed with another Hearing Aid Practice for 11 years before joining Webster Hearing in 2007. In addition to her broad array of clinical skills she has a special interest in helping individuals with visual and manual dexterity issues and she has developed a special talent for challenging earmold modifications.
Mr. Kozelsky graduated from Syracuse University in 1968 and has served as Director of Audiology for a large Community Hearing and Speech Center, establishing one of the very first audiology based hearing aid dispensing programs in New York State. He has been in private practice since 1991 when he opened Webster Hearing, the first hearing center in Webster. He has special interests in evidenced based practices and clinical outcomes. This interest has led to the center’s outstanding average rate of long-term satisfaction of 92.6% over the last 12 years which compares to national average rates of 65 – 70%. He is recipient of numerous awards and has authored or co-authored over 70 papers, presentations and articles.
Tata is a 2010 honor graduate of MCC, with an emphasis on education. She has experience in the retail sector and has proven skills as a receptionist, coordinator and overall performance of various administrative tasks.

Available hearing aids include completely in the canal (CIC), in the canal (ICA), in the ear (ITE), behind the ear (BTE), receiver in the ear (RITE), mini and micro BTEs and RITEs; accessories, assistive devices and repairs.
We boast the highest rate of long-term user satisfaction in the region with an average long-term satisfacton rate of 92.6% over the last 12 years. This compares to the national average of 65 to 70%. Our users report regular hearing aid use for an average of 11.28 hours per day; 100% of our patients reported they hear better in noise in our 2012 satisfaction survey, some only a little better and some a lot better with most in between.
