Mary Goodacre

Mary Goodacre, AuD, CCCA has been a practicing audiologist since July 1980. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Brooklyn College in 1978. She received her Master of Arts in 1980 from the University of Maryland. In 2008 she received her doctorate degree from Salus University, School of Audiology in Pennsylvania. Dr. Goodacre attends many seminars and lectures to stay current in the field of Audiology. Dr. Goodacre became the owner of Staten Island Audiological Services in 2000. Prior to become the owner she had worked at Staten Island Audiological Services as a consulting audiologist since 1989. Dr. Goodacre received her Certificate of Clinical Competency in 1980 and is licensed by both New York State and New Jersey in audiology and hearing aid dispensing. She is a member of the American Academy of Audiology and the American Speech Hearing Association.

Kate Spektor

Dr. Spektor received her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science degrees at the City University of New York. She received her doctorate degree at Salus University, School of Audiology in Pennsylvania. Dr. Spektor joined Staten Island Audiological Services in 2002. She established a central auditory processing disorder clinic in 2003. Dr. Spektor has been supervising clinical fellows and fifth year residents at S.I. Audiological Services, PC for several years. Dr. Spektor received her certificate of clinical competency in 2003 and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. She is licensed by the State of New York in audiology and hearing aid dispensing.
