We combine personalized, quality hearing care with state-of-the-art products. Stephen T. Hart, Au.D., Doctor of Audiology. Dr. Hart has been practicing audiology and addressing the hearing aid needs of his patients for over 30 years. He received his masters degree in audiology from SUNY Geneseo and his doctorate in audiology from the University of Florida. In 2007, Dr. Hart was awarded the Distinguished Clinical Achievement Award from the New York State Speech-Language-Hearing Association. His professional activities include serving two terms as a member of the New York State Licensure Board as well as past leadership positions in regional and state associations. Melissa J. Cushman, Au.D., Doctor of Audiology. Dr. Cushman has been an audiologist for Hart Hearing Centers for over 20 years. She received her doctorate of audiology in 2004 and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. Dr. Cushman practices at our Greece Location. She has provided consulting services for various area otolaryngologists. Matthew S. MacDonald, Au.D., Doctor of Audiology. Dr. Matthew MacDonald joined Hart Hearing Centers in November 2009. He practiced audiology for over 15 years at Strong Memorial Hospital and has a wide range of audiological and hearing aid services experience. He has co-authored several peer-reviewed publications. He received his doctorate from CMU/Vanderbilt. Dr. MacDonald practices at our Irondequoit and Fairport locations. Dr. MacDonald also provides Vestibular Testing (Balance Testing) at our Irondequoit office. Sarah Klimasewski, Au.D., Doctor of Audiology Dr. Klimasewski joined Hart Hearing Centers in 2007 as both an audiologist and Hart Hearing Centers' Community Outreach Coordinator. Dr. Klimasewski's previous experience includes working in a hospital, private practice setting and a speech and hearing clinic. As the Community Outreach Coordinator she educates the public on hearing related topics. Dr. Klimasewski practices audiology at our Fairport office.
