When I was in college, I was interested in social sciences. I knew I wanted a career helping people improve their health in some way. Audiology appealed to me because it has a scientific and technically specific aspect to it. Positively affecting someone’s life is by far the most rewarding part of my work. Assisting the doctors with diagnostic challenges and treating a patient’s disease is very fulfilling. “The thing that I like best about working with my patients is being a part of the solution for them.
