“I had an absolutely wonderful experience getting replacement hearing aids (my old ones broke after 7 years) from Michael at Access Hearing. He really cares about his customers and spends a lot of time explaining everything, including discussing what hearing aid settings (there are many!) that will work best for you. I had to drive for an hour from my home to Access Hearing, but I would glady drive much further to get the personal service that Michael provides. And even with all the personal attention, Michael's prices are still among the very best!”

“I was not expecting such great service! Michael Ruffen of Access Hearing Service was the local instrument specialist servicing the model I bought. I brought my hearing aid in yesterday for adjustments. He first examined my hear canal with an optical probe that displayed on the 32 inch TV in front of me, no doubt what was being seen - my ear canal was clogged with wax! When this happened in the past with audiologists, it involved a trip to the doctor's office for an ear cleaning, a pain, but not this time! Michael had the tools at hand and cleaned out the offending wax in a few minutes - no trip to the doctor's office was needed. While he was at it, he also cleaned the wax out of the hearing aid and put new ear plugs on the hearing aid receiver. He accomplished all this in 15 minutes! To say i was pleased would be an understatement. When I need my next hearing exam, this is the place I will go to. If you want to buy or adjust hearing aids, go to Michael Ruffen at Access Hearing Services - he comes from a family of audiologists (his father) and knows how to please his patients. ”
