Our mission: to enable each person who is deaf-blind to live and work in their community of choice.
The Helen Keller National Center for Deaf-Blind Youths and Adults was founded in 1967. We are the only national vocational and rehabilitation agency to provide services exclusively to youth and adults who have combined vision and hearing loss.
Our mission is to enable each person who is deaf-blind to live and work in his or her community of choice.
