Dr. Robin M. Solomon was caring, patient and made the hearing test go along smoothly. There are rooms set up to test the hearing aid. Mine had a TV in it. My hearing aid is Oticon Agil. Dr. Robin M. Solomon was most generous with her time and was diligent in explaining the pros and cons of the various hearing devices available on the market. Follow-ups were handled with equal care and all necessary adjustments were made until I was fully satisfied with my hearing aid.

Dr. Solomon is simply wonderful and it actually is fun to go see this doctor! They explain everything clearly and really care about helping me. I had old hearing aids that needed to be updated and WOW these new ones make a huge difference. This office is set up very nicely and I had a great experience with them. Having been a patient at another office nearby I can really see the difference here - Hearing Care Resources is much better. While I was leaving my primary care physician's wife was signing in. This is where local doctors send their family members - and now I know why.
I received the most thorough information about hearing loss. I liked the welcome feeling and personal attention from the doctor.

I love my hearing aids. They are small - fit well. I can hear at my meetings and in crowds when I go to dinner, and of course TV. I don't have to say "What?" anymore!
