At Southern Tier Audiology Associates, our primary goal has always been one of education. We believe that it is our responsibility to educate those who seek our services. We take the time to explain to parents the affect that hearing loss may have on speech and language development or educational performance. We counsel family members regarding strategies to assist their hearing-impaired loved-one to communicate more effectively. We provide realistic expectations regarding the potential benefits and limitations of hearing aid use. And we consistently provide accurate information in a patient and caring environment. We welcome the opportunity to educate you about hearing healthcare!
A wide range of hearing health care services is available for individuals of all ages. Our professionals are skilled in the areas of childhood hearing loss, adult diagnostic procedures, hearing aid selection and provision, assistive listening technology, listening skills related to learning disabilities, and development of effective communication skills through aural rehabilitation.
