“This office has held my octogenarian Mom's hearing hostage for the past two months. Dr. Srour has, in my opinion, produced NONE of the stated accolades and attributes in her bio on this site. She has been an inaccessible phantom, and her boss and colleagues have done nothing to make her accountable. I could go on, but this is good enough for this platform. I will not allow it to continue, and as a start, just stopped by the review section to candidly and accurately report what has happened.”
“She was very clear with everything, patient, explained everything, and good detail.”
“She was patient and took her time with him because he's very observant, so he's easily distracted. I was able to get him to follow the instructions as to what she wanted him to do.”
“He did everything well and informed me what to do if something goes wrong.”
“She was able to keep my son's attention, and she was very thorough.”
