Advanced Hearing Care offers high-quality professional hearing health care to the communities and physicians we serve. In addition to our Las Cruces location, we also have offices in Alamogordo, Ruidoso and Roswell. Our providers are board-certified Doctors of Audiology, with a combined experience of 32 years. We have served as an audiology doctoral student training site for over seven years for many major universities. We offer our patients a 75-day no risk evaluation period with their hearing instruments. Additionally, all hearing instrument purchases come with Complete Hearing Healthcare that provides the patient with on-going check-ups, cleanings and tests for life, plus free batteries for the first three years.

Dr. Kelly Frost is an owner of Advanced Hearing Care. She has practiced audiology and hearing instrument dispensing in Alamogordo since 1993. She has a wealth of clinical experience, including lecturing and clinical supervision of students. Dr. Frost earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, her master’s degree from the University of Iowa and her doctorate in audiology from the Arizona School for Health Sciences.
Dr. Melissa Kreze is originally from Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada. She has a special interest in the areas of tinnitus evaluation and treatment, hearing instrument technology and diagnostic audiology. Dr. Kreze earned her undergraduate degree from Brock University and her doctorate in audiology from the University of Buffalo in New York.
