New Jersey Hearing Health Centers main focus is on the importance of the auditory system and its relationship to communication and learning. We are a complete hearing health care center, specializing in diagnostic and rehabilitative services for auditory disorders. We provide several specialized programs and services including auditory therapy, training & auditory programs for younger auditory impaired patients. Our center provides state of the art hearing aid technology so you can achieve the best possible hearing results. We work with the leading manufactures of hearing instrument using advanced digital technology.
The Center provides hearing aid evaluations, hearing aid dispensing and tinnitus evaluations to patients of all ages. We encourage rehabilitative counseling as part of all hearing aid evaluations and hearing aid orientations. Families are encouraged to participate in the entire evaluation and fitting process.
Our services include providing comprehensive and accurate hearing testing to fit the most appropriate hearing amplification when needed while also offering a variety of options for all types of hearing loss and budgets. We specialize in all types of digital hearing aid technology with a variety of hearing aid style options. We offer state-of-the art blue-tooth technology for hearing aid users as well as assistive listening devices for our patients with more specialized needs.

Dr. Goione-Merchant has over 23 years experience in the audiology field. She has owned and operated NJ Hearing Health Center for 20 years providing professional, honest, and caring hearing evaluation and hearing aid services. She earned her Doctorate degree in Audiology from the University of Florida and holds NJ certifications to teach the Deaf and NJ certification to teach the Handicapped. She specializes in working with both adult and pediatric populations with a specialty in pediatric auditory disorders and extensive diagnostic experience in the areas of childhood hearing loss and central auditory processing disorders.
Dr. Ridenour earned her clinical Doctorate in Audiology from Montclair State University and an undergraduate degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from University of Central Florida. Dr. Ridenour works with both pediatric and adult patients and has provided workshops and in-services to various organizations on topics relating to hearing loss and hearing aids.
