Heidi S. Frazier earned her M.S degree from Vanderbilt University and her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders from Truman State University. Her clinical specialties include tinnitus assessment and management, electrophysiology and vestibular evaluations.She is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.
 

Ann Hatfield earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Denver and her Master’s degree from the University of Kansas. Ann specializes in diagnostic audiology and hearing aid dispensing. She is a member of the American Speech and Hearing Association.

Erin M. Lévy earned her Doctoral degree in Audiology from the University of Florida and her M.S. in Audiology from Washington University School of Medicine. Erin specializes in pediatric cochlear implants and pediatric audiology. She is a member of the American Speech Language Hearing Association and the American Academy of Audiology.

Kristen Lewis earned her Doctorate degree in Audiology from the University of Florida and her M.A degree in Audiology from the University of Kansas Medical Center. She specializes in Cochlear Implants, audiometric evaluations, hearing aids and clinical trials for Cochlear Implants and auditory brainstem implants. She is a member of the Kansas City Society of Audiologists and a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.
 

Sarah Zlomke earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and disorders from Saint Louis University and her Doctorate degree in Audiology from Washington University School of Medicine. She specializes in Cochlear implants and auditory processing disorders. She is a member of the American Speech, Language and Hearing Association and American Academy of Audiology.
