Kim Austin

Kim Austin is a licensed, certified audiologist who has been a dispensing Clinical Audiologist since 2001. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Iowa and her Master of Science degree from Illinois State University. She has worked in a variety of clinical settings prior to coming to Associated Hearing in the fall of 2000. What attracted her to Associated Hearing was the opportunity to practice audiology in a way that is meaningful to her. Kim believes that education is key. Her patients often comment and thank her for taking the time to provide an in depth explanation of their hearing needs and how a particular hearing aid solution will be of most benefit to them. Kim is fluent in American Sign Language and is a member of both the American Academy of Audiology and the American Speech and Hearing Association.
