“I went to Hearing Consultants 11 years ago and purchased a set of hearing aids which really improved my ability to hear. At the time, there was a program of free batteries for the life of the aids. In all this time I have been able to receive free batteries and free checkups. Always friendly service. I came in this past week because one stopped working. I figured I was due for a new pair. Well, I did order a new pair, but while I was deciding what to do, Dr. Anderson popped in a new speaker (free of charge) and it's back to working. These will be my spare. I figure I'm due for a new set, but how often do you think someone would totally fix hearing aids when they could easily sell a brand new pair. This staff is wonderful - ethical, pleasant, knowledgable. All around great people. I highly recommend!”

“Over 20 yrs. for me, 30 for my husband - staff is so knowledgeable. As our hearing declines, they are always able to test, then match our aids to the needed improvement. Have only had about 3 diff. sets, much less than my need to change glasses. My husband was interested in set with new technology, but they said, "Why would you buy another set, when you already have the best?" No pressure, just clear facts, and excellent service. ”

“I have been with this company for many years always needed a microfone put in after 3-4 years, but today my hearing aide is over 5 years old so now the microfone is not $75.00 its $325.00 because its over 5 years old. So I feel like basically they "force" you into buying a new hearing aide after 5 years. Shame on them and shame on all these "money making" hearing aide companies since you know most insurance don't cover it and these poor seniors can't afford it. Won't be back and I'm sorry to say I just recommended someone a few months back, shame on me. My problem is nerve loss thanks to scarlet fever when I was a child, so they probably could cure this, but again hearing aide business is a money making business. So Sad!!!! ”
