Thomas O'Connor offers over 25 years of experience in audiometric testing and fitting hearing aids. Before starting his own practice in 2007, he managed the adult hearing aid services at the Hearing Rehabilitation Center for the University of Michigan Health Service for over a decade. Mr. O’Connor served as a commissioned officer in the United States Army for 10 years. He is a member of American Academy of Audiology (AAA) and American Speech and Language Association (ASHA), as well as Past-President of the Michigan Academy of Audiology (MAA), and currently sits on the board of the Michigan Audiology Coalition (MAC).
Claudia is President and Co-owner of O'Connor Hearing Center. She is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University and obtained an IIC Advanced Specialist Degree in Language Acquisition, Socialization and Psychology of the Hearing Impaired. She has also completed graduate studies in Psychosocial Aspects of Aging, and Work and Retirement. She has been a Licensed Hearing Specialist for 14 years. Her career experience includes nine years of hearing testing and fitting hearing aids. She was the Administrator of two Ypsilanti and Ann Arbor Hearing Aid offices, and the Hearing Technician at the University of Michigan's Hearing Rehabilitation Center and MichiganHearing offices.
