“I like from the front desk and back, they listen! They are pleasant and never rush you and are totally professional. The audiologist I meet with is sharp, always looking for a way to improve my hearing and is always explaining what she is doing and why. This tops any physician or specialist I have ever dealt with in the medical profession. Thank you for the opportunity to say this. P.S. I am always suggesting TLC to my friends too. ”
“We could not have had a better experience at the Family Hearing Center. The entire staff was friendly and very professional. The hearing aids have changed my life. The Family Hearing Center made sure I got the right fit and product. Truly Superb! ”
“I liked the dedication of the audiologist regarding answering all my questions and solving all my problems. ”
“Wow! As a long time client (about 4 decades) we feel embarrassed we haven't formally issued praises in the past. As time flew we felt that God created the right people and put them in the right vocation and you had the success to hire them. Thanks to all the staff, especially Ms. Susan Yaffi-Ozi.”
“Very friendly lady. She knows what she's doing.”
