“My son has been going to the Family Hearing Center ever since he started wearing hearing aids at 9 months of age. He is now 34 years old. My son, Matthew, is totally blind and multi-handicapped. The Audiologists at the Family Hearing Center are Excellent. Matthew loves going there for his annual evaluations or anytime for adjustments, etc. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and take the time to accurately evaluate Matthew's hearing. The Family Hearing Center is appropriately named because we feel like we are going to see family when we have an appointment. I highly recommend the Family Hearing Center to people of all ages. They are wonderful with babies, young children, adults, people with disabilities and the elderly. ”

“I have been a fully satisfied patient for more than 20 years. The audiologists are experienced, professional and caring. They take the time to explain your hearing test results and hearing aid options. In particular, I would recommend Susan Yafee-Oziel, the director of the program. ”

“For a number of years I knew that I was not hearing well. I decided to do something about because I was teaching and was not able to listen to all the students in a large classroom. I chose the Family Hearing Center as it was recommended by my wife. The care, attention to detail and quality of the service of the Center is of the upmost quality. The audiologist that assisted me is a very caring person and worked with me to make improvements in my hearing.”

“Both of my children have had services at The Family Hearing Center and we have always been completely satisfied. When my son was seen by Susan Yaffe-Oziel, she correctly referred us to an ENT as he was in need of a specialized surgery to repair a hole in his ear drum that the pediatrician did not even catch. ”
