Rory Cernik

Au.D., CCC-A, FAAA

 

Rory D. Cernik earned his undergraduate and Doctor of Audiology degree from Towson University. Dr. Cernik developed his advanced skills in the diagnosis and treatment of hearing loss and vestibular disorders through his completion of several clinical rotations at local hospitals and private practices. He believes good hearing healthcare starts with a quality patient-doctor relationship and takes pride in utilizing the latest technologies to improve his patients’ day-to-day lives. Through his experience and passion, Dr. Cernik has become highly skilled and thorough in the fitting of the invisible, extended wear Lyric™ hearing device. He is currently a member of the Maryland Academy of Audiology and the American Academy of Audiology.

James McDonald

Au.D., CCC-A, FAAA

 

James McDonald has been a practicing audiologist since 1975. He received his Doctor of Science degree from Johns Hopkins University, where he is a faculty member in the Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology Division of the School of Medicine. He also holds a Doctor of Audiology degree from the Arizona School of Health Sciences. Dr. McDonald is a founder of the Maryland Academy of Audiology and acted as their first president. He has served as a board member and past president of the Academy of Dispensing Audiologists and is a current member of the American Academy of Audiology where he has been on various committees.
