Audiologist

Jana Brown, owner of AHB, was awarded her Doctor of Audiology Degree in 2004 from the Arizona School of Health Sciences in Mesa, AZ. She also holds a Master of Science Degree from West Virginia University. She is the past president of the Maryland Academy of Audiology and served on their executive board for six years. She is currently on the executive board of the Dove Center, the local domestic violence and sexual assault center. Dr. Brown has been practicing Audiology since 1983 and was an industrial audiologist for the first eight years working in a steel mill and nuclear shipyard. She resides in Oakland with family and enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, fly fishing, and gardening.
