Paul Dole,
MA, HIS

Hearing Instrument Specialist

Paul was born and raised in the south shore community of Abington, Massachusetts. For Paul, hearing loss is a personal story. His father was a World War II veteran who had always been a very social person, but sometimes withdrew from conversations because of hearing loss. When Paul entered the field of hearing, he was able both to understand his father's experiences and help others who might be facing the same challenges. Now, with more than 15 years of experience behind him, he gets to make a difference every day for patients like you. He graduated from the University of Connecticut with a degree in Communications and a minor in Marketing. He also earned his Master's in Sports Administration from St. Thomas University in Miami, Florida. Following his education, Paul has spent his whole professional life in the medical device field, including over a decade and a half in the hearing industry. He is currently licensed through the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Licensed Instrument Specialist, #310. He is a member of the Massachusetts Hearing Society, as well as a member of the International Hearing Society. Paul took on ownership of Flynn Associates from his cousin Thomas Kiewlicz, who led the hearing practice from 1987 until 2018. Paul is grateful to be part of Flynn Associates' history of excellence. He's looking forward to continuing to serve our patients and our community.

Helping people hear better since 1959

Flynn Associates has helped members of the Wellesley and Concord communities hear better since 1959. We were founded by hearing instrument specialist Bob Flynn, who established the philosophy that drives us to this day: do what's right by the patient.

Since then, we have upheld the same level of care that Bob believed in. It's an honor to continue his vision and be part of such a rich history. We've known some of our patients for decades, and we've seen some families for generations because people trust us. They know we will always strive to do what's best for them, and we try to educate and empower the people in our community to understand and make decisions about their own hearing.
