“Joan has helped me choose correct hearing aids. She has let me try them. I didn't want them but I finally realized the necessity. She always helps with open arms. I will stay with her for care. ”
“Very helpful and professional. Once it was determined I needed hearing aids, my options were very clearly explained. I would definitely recommend Atlantic Hearing Care to others. ”
“They are a pleasure to work with. ”
“I've had a difficult time with my hearing aids, especially hearing some phone calls. Dr. McCormick has given me gadgets to attach to my phone and has improved my TV hearing experience. ”
“I love the entire staff at Atlantic Hearing Care. I have known for at least 6 years and 3 hearing tests that I’ve needed hearing aids. I’ve avoided this for years due to denial and vanity. I was introduced to Atlantic Hearing Care through my health insurance provider, Amplifon. Joan quickly helped to get me into the office for a fitting. From there, Lisa took the time to share with me the various devices and my options. My original plan was to purchase 1 hearing aid and Lisa coached me through my need for a fitting in both ears. As you can imagine I was very emotional during my visit, both denial and vanity sneaking back in. Lisa took the time to comfort me during this process and I ended up choosing hearing aids for both ears. When my hearing aids arrived, Lisa walked me through all the information for care and use. When I was in for my follow up appointment I shared with Lisa that I am glad I went with her recommendation. I’m still getting used to them, trying them in different situations where I know I’ve had trouble in the past but this has been and I know will continue to be a life changing experience. They clearly helped to improved my life!”
