Atlantic Hearing Care provides diagnostic hearing evaluation and hearing aid sales and service by Doctors of Audiology. We are the only private practice on the North Shore to offer real ear hearing aid verification, a "must have" according to the Consumer Reports recommendations on how to buy hearing aids. We accept most insurance and hearing aid financing is available. Comprehensive Hearing Evaluation: Comprehensive diagnostic hearing evaluation of school age through geriatric populations conducted with state of the art equipment in a sound proof test booth to determine the type and extent of your hearing loss and candidacy for hearing aids. Hearing Aid Sales and Service: Hearing aid selection and fitting for infants through geriatrics using visable speech real ear measurement for verification. We offer a wide range of hearing aid styles and levels of technology to meet all budgets. In-office repairs and factory repairs of most models are available. Loaner hearing aids are available to use while your aid is being repaired. Total Hearing Care: We offer two and three year extended warranty and loss and damage policies available on many models. Hearing aid accessories and batteries available at a discount. Extensive patient and family education and support is provided. Aural (hearing) rehabilitation is available in groups or individually. Loaner library of books on hearing loss, and adjustment to hearing aids and related issues. Custom Earmolds: Custom hearing protection for people who work or play in loud noise or music, industrial hearing protection. Custom earmolds for musicians, hunters, swim molds, iPOD, hands free cell phones and in-the-ear monitor molds. Assistive Devices: When hearing aids are not enough or not appropriate we offer devices for the TV, telephone, FM classroom amplification, body aids, and sound alert devices. Community and Patient Education: We have numerous lectures and presentations on help for hearing loss and hearing conservation. Home Visits: Testing and hearing aid services are available for those who are unable to come to the office at their home or a nursing home
