Deborah Dempesy

Dr. Deborah Dempesy has been practicing audiology for 30 years primarily in the Boston area. She earned her Masters Degree at Northwestern University in Evanston IL and her Doctorate at Salus University in Pennsylvania. She worked for Beth Israel Hospital for 14 years as Director of Audiology. And had a private practice for 8 years north of Boston. She was instrumental in passing the Newborn Infant Hearing Bill in Massachusetts. In 2008 she purchased All Ears Hearing Center in Plymouth MA , south of Boston. In her free time she ocean kayaks and spends time with her family.

Eileen Roussos

Eileen Roussos is our Office Manager Extraordinaire and Billing manager. She has been with All Ears Hearing Center for 14 years and provides invaluable services to our patients. She is also an Audiology ASsistant and performs minor hearing aid repairs, and counseling re: hearing aid orientation to our patients. In her free time she spends at her homestead in Maine.

We are here to serve those with hearing difficulties and their families to aid communication among loved ones.
