Dr. Deborah Dempesy has been practicing audiology for over 30 years in the Boston area. She earned her Masters Degree at Northwestern University in Evanston IL and her Doctorate at Salus University in Pennsylvania. She worked for Beth Israel Hospital for 14 years as Director of Audiology. And had a private practice for 8 years north of Boston. She was instrumental in passing the Newborn Infant Hearing Bill in Massachusetts. In 2008 she purchased All Ears Hearing Center in Plymouth MA , south of Boston. In her free time she ocean kayaks and spends time with her family.

Dr. Janice Tanedo Powis obtained her clinical doctorate of audiology at the University of Memphis and completed her fellowship at Boston’s Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Her clinical interests include auditory rehabilitation and hearing device technology. She is a board member of the Massachusetts Academy of Audiology (MAA), a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA), a member of the Academy of Doctors of Audiology (ADA), and holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence through the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA). In her free time Dr. Powis enjoys cooking, reading, and traveling.
Eileen Roussos is our Office Manager Extraordinaire and Billing manager. She has been with All Ears Hearing Center for 15 years and provides invaluable services to our patients. She is also an Audiology ASsistant and performs minor hearing aid repairs, and counseling re: hearing aid orientation to our patients. In her free time she spends at her homestead in Maine.
