Dr. John Burton is an Ear Nose and Throat physician (otolaryngologist)who has been practicing since the early 1980's here in Pittsfield, MA. Dr. Andrew Puttick is the audiologist(hearing specialist)on staff and he has a doctorate in Audiology. He has been practicing in Pittsfield for nearly 8 years and works with nearly all of the major hearing aid manufacturers. He received his Bachelors degree from the University of VT, Masters degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and his Doctorate from Salus University. Dr. Puttick works with all of the major hearing aid manufacturers and prides himself on keeping up to date with any new developments in the hearing aid industry. We are a medical office, not a sales office. If you are interested in hearing aids, Dr. Puttick will work with you to help you decide which hearing aids are right for you. We work with all of the major manufacturers and together we will find a solution that works for you.

Diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the ears, nose and throat, including the latest in digital hearing aid technology and assistive listening devices. We are a medical office with an Ear Nose and Throat Physician and an Audiologist on staff 5 days a week. If your hearing problem can be treated medically, Dr. Burton is the ENT physician who will treat you. If your hearing loss can not be corrected medically, Dr. Puttick, our audiologist, will take the time to discuss hearing aid options that are appropriate for your hearing loss as well as your lifestyle. His job is to help you determine which hearing aids will best meet your needs.
