“The entire complement of The West Newton Hearing Center have opened all my senses to what a service delivery system can be: from reception (coffee and smiles in addition to the prerequisite forms!) to ALL professional services delivered competently, timely, and with courtesy, not to mention empathy! My new LYRICs are perfect for me , and the attendant "concierge service" from Melissa et al is 5 STAR !”

“I have seen Rhonda Ruby for many years. Every time I have a problem she has a possible solution. My newest hearing aides (this month) have been beyond reasonable expectation even life changing ! Once when ill with an ear infection the entire center pitched in to get me through temporary deafness in one ear. ”
