Dr. Hench received her Doctorate in Audiology from Nova Southeastern University in 2007, where she graduated with Honors. She completed her undergraduate coursework in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the Pennsylvania State University in 2003.
Dr. Hench previously worked at an ENT practice in Boca Raton, Florida upon graduation from her doctoral program and prior to joining Enhanced Auditory Resources. In her career, Dr. Hench has experience in the development of a Tinnitus and Hyperacusis Center and pioneering an Audiology Assistant Training Program. She has participated in numerous research studies with major manufactures of hearing devices and tinnitus treatment therapies and is also experienced as a clinical supervisor for numerous universities, for both third and fourth year students, in Doctor of Audiology Programs across the country.
Dr. Hench is board certified by the American Board of Audiology and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and the Massachusetts Academy of Audiology. She is a professional member of the American Tinnitus Association and the Tinnitus Practitioners Association and hold certification in both the Neuromonics Tinnitus Treatment as well as in Widex Zen Tinnitus Therapy.

Jennifer Sherrod brings extensive medical office experience, as well as a keen sense of organizational management to the E.A.R. team. Sherrod's polished interpersonal skills and computer savvy are instrumental in assisting patients as they navigate through the challenges of treating their hearing loss. She is considered a true treasure by staff and patients alike
