I liked the open ended discussions we had when deciding which hearing devices were right for me. They expained, in easy to understand language, the differences in each of the choices. Now, we work towards getting them just right for me as I wear them in my everyday life. I really like the follow up service these guys perform and how they listen to what I am experiencing. It's hard to imagine what I was missing before, thanks guys for your support and I'll see you soon.

The time and effort that they spend to help me hear the best that I am able. They even let me wear a pair of demonstrators for two weeks before I decided to buy and they continually work with me to make sure that my hearing aids are adjusted and fit to my hearing loss.
