“They were very patient and courteous.”
“We were in Metairie LA for our daughters wedding when my hearing aid died. I really wanted to hear her get married. We were referred to Creel Hearing Center as someone who also carried Oticon parts. They saved the day for me and the wedding. ”
“They were very nice, extremely nice. They were friendly and professional. The only thing I didn't like was they ordered the hearing aids and they were too big for my ears since my ears are small. We had discussed my ear size so they should have known what size to order for the hearing aid. I haven't heard from them in 3 weeks.”
“They were very attentive to my needs and questions. ”
“The staff was and continues to be knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. My options and any associated costs were clearly explained during my first visit and all subsequent visits. I found that the staff members spend as much time with me as necessary; I never felt that I was rushed through a visit. I would recommend Creel Hearing In Covington to anyone needing quality hearing devices.”
