“Two weeks ago I had car trouble and called AAA using my cell phone. I listened for 25 minutes to "your call is important to us" but never got a human voice to help me. Not so with you! I can't tell you how wonderful you were to take me right away. Not only did you fix me, but did it with such friendliness. People need to say thank you more often and try to remember that. ”
“If you would like a group that is caring, knowledgeable and helpful, Creel Hearing Center is it. I have been with them for over four years and we have worked through a lot of problems. ”
“They were very patient and courteous.”
“We were in Metairie LA for our daughters wedding when my hearing aid died. I really wanted to hear her get married. We were referred to Creel Hearing Center as someone who also carried Oticon parts. They saved the day for me and the wedding. ”
“They were very nice, extremely nice. They were friendly and professional. The only thing I didn't like was they ordered the hearing aids and they were too big for my ears since my ears are small. We had discussed my ear size so they should have known what size to order for the hearing aid. I haven't heard from them in 3 weeks.”
