

Jeanette Nichols, client care coordinator, is the friendly voice on the telephone. As an experienced medical facility, school, and church administrative support staff professional, she is skilled at fulfilling many responsibilities at Alexandria Hearing Aid Center. Jeanette provides convenient appointment scheduling, oversees the battery and accessory mail out service, ensures product warranty extensions, and assists in the management of in-office and manufacturer repairs. As the wife of a minister, Jeanette brings her concern for others and a sincere desire to serve into the workplace. She always has a fresh pot of coffee brewing to welcome clients to the office.
Jane O’Donnell earned a Bachelor of Science degree in education from L.S.U. in Baton Rouge and a Master of Science Degree in Health Services Administration from Central Michigan University. During her 32 years providing comprehensive hearing care for her clients, she has also given her time to local and state organizations. Her community service over the years include: Quota Club Board Member and “Shatter Silence “project Chairman, Lions Club, Alexandria Better Business Bureau Board of Directors Chairman, and Church Elder- Clerk of Session. State level contributions include: Louisiana Society of Hearing Aid Specialists, multiple terms as Treasurer and President; and three terms on the Louisiana State Board for Hearing Aid Dealers, most recently as Chairman. As Chairman of LBHAD, Jane coordinated the successful push for new hearing aid consumer protection laws enacted during the 2011 Louisiana legislative session.
Comprehensive, no-obligation, hearing evaluations and hearing instrument demonstrations are provided by nationally board certified hearing instrument specialists. Selecting an appropriate product from a range of the most technologically advanced hearing instruments is a team effort, which includes input from the patient and patient’s family. All hearing aids are customized to individual needs and dispensed on a trial basis. Most hearing aids are covered by a 4-year warranty.
