Kathy Sandusky

AuD, CCC-A/SLP, FAAA

Dr. Kathryn Sandusky is the owner of Central Kentucky Audiology.  She earned her Doctorate degree in Audiology from A.T. Still University and  Masters Degree in Audiology from the University of Tennessee. In addition, she holds a National Certificate of Competence from the American Speech Language Hearing Association, and is a member and Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.

Dr. Sandusky is a licensed Kentucky Audiologist and Hearing Aid Specialist. Dr. Sandusky has been practicing Audiology in Kentucky since 1982.

Central Kentucky Audiology Services, Inc., PSC, (CKAS) is a privately-owned practice serving the Central Kentucky area. Established in 1989, our goal has been to provide our clients and their families with the utmost in professional hearing health care. Because of our independent status, we are under no obligation to recommend one manufacturer's product over another allowing us to recommend the best product for you.

The staff at CKAS will always take time to talk with you and answer your questions. We explain carefully your options and assist you in making the best, most well informed decision possible when selecting appropriate aids for your lifestyle and your particular hearing loss. CKAS is able to furnish you with hearing instruments to fit your individual lifestyle and needs with many makes and models available.

We strive to make you and your family members feel comfortable while educating you along the way so that you understand what hearing aids will and will not do for you. You will gain knowledge of all different types and styles of hearing aids from the basic to the most sophisticated 100% digital. You will leave with a clear understanding of the advantages and disadvantages of each, the costs involved, and specific recommendations.

In most cases you will be able to actually HEAR the product in the office, to assist in your decision making process.

Whether your hearing needs call for 100% digital or simply the best product for your budget, Central Kentucky Audiology can provide you with the hearing health care services and instruments you need.
