Listening for Life...A Practice for All Ages
Mission: Our mission is to bring improved hearing and quality of life to all individuals. The Center was founded on two simple truths: that hearing is a vital sense that plays a significant role in a person's quality of life-and that hearing loss affects everyone uniquely. That is why for 28 years we have worked together to solve patients' hearing problems one individual at a time, first at Heartspring, and now at The Center For Better Hearing. Better hearing is not a commodity, it is one-on-one, face-to-face, custom fit to the individual.
The Center For Better Hearing opened its doors on July 5th, 2011. The opportunity for the creation of this new practice came with the transition of the audiology practice from the Heartspring Hearing Center to Linda and Carol. Both had worked together at Heartspring for over 28 years building a trusted relationship with the Wichita and South Central Kansas communities. We welcome and encourage family members to join us for any visit.
Our personal focus is in offering select care for people of all ages with special needs and all patients looking for a special experience. The greater the participation of family and friends the more successful the outcomes.
Education and information are the most important part of our hearing health process. "Listening For Life...A Practice For All Ages" reflects the importance of the auditory system from infancy through adulthood. A good auditory system is a prerequisite for a lifetime of learning and success.
