David Page

Au.D., FAAA

David has been with the Wichita Ear Clinic since 2004. He received his Master's degree from Wichita State in 2004 and earned his Doctorate of Audiology from Salus University in 2008. David specializes in hearing aids, custom hearing protection and assistive listening devices such as bluetooth and induction loops. David has lived in the Wichita area his entire life and currently resides with his wife and two daughters in Andover.

Jeffrey Moore

Ph.D., FAAA

Jeff received his Ph.D. from Wichita State University. He has been with Wichita Ear Clinic since 1984. His dedication and experience has influenced the lives of many patients. Jeff is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.

Carmen Schulte

M.A., FAAA

Carmen received her degree from Wichita State University. She has been with the Wichita Ear Clinic since 2008. She has previously worked in educational settings and has a special interest in pediatric audiology and cochlear implants. Carmen holds a certificate of clinical competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is a member or the American Academy of Audiology and the Kansas Speech-Language-Hearing Association. She grew up in the Wichita area where she resides with her husband and three children.

Carly Sturm

Au.D., CCC-A

Carly received her Doctor of Audiology degree from Wichita State University. She has been with Wichita Ear Clinic since 2011. Her professional interests include hearing aid dispensing, and auditory and vestibular testing. Carly holds a certificate in clinical competence in Audiology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. She currently resides in Colwich with her husband and two children.

Melanie Muncy

Au.D., CCC-A

Melanie received her undergraduate degree in Business from Emporia State University and her doctorate of Audiology from Wichita State University. She earned a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Her professional interests include auditory and vestibular diagnostics and hearing aid dispensing. In her spare time, Melanie, enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending her nieces/nephews activities, being outdoors, going to the lake, and taking her dogs to the park.

Melissa Klein

Au.D., CCC-A

Melissa received her Doctor of Audiology degree from University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She has been with Wichita Ear Clinic since 2009. She has practiced in all areas of Audiology with a special interest in hearing aids and cochlear implants. Melissa holds a certificate of clinical competence in Audiology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. She grew up in North Dakota and now resides in the Wichita area with her husband and beautiful daughter.

The Wichita Ear Clinic is dedicated to providing state of the art medical and surgical treatment for diseases of the ear including hearing loss and balance disorder. Our physicians, Thomas C. Kryzer, MD and John M. Lasak, MD are fellowship trained otologists, neurotologists, and cranial base surgeons. We have 6 audiologists on staff, all highly trained and certified, to help you hear again.
