“Dr. Weber was very professional, yet also personable. Very refreshing to have a knowledgeable and caring experience. No hard selling!”
“I was very impressed with the professional but friendly staff. ”
“Kelly was very friendly. She answered all my questions. She always makes me very comfortable. I have had my aids for about 10 years, they are wonderful! I have referred friends! I will go back here for another pair. ”
“I liked the honesty and caring of my well being to make sure my hearing is taken care of. The care they show when I have an issue with one of my hearing aids. I like the time that is taken to verify all of my issues are correct. I have and will continue to refer them as many times as I can. I can say that the service I get is much more than other places my friends have. ”
“Dr. Kelly was amazing to work with. Let me start with my hearing loss, it was significant and I was very hesitant to try hearing aids. Dr. Kelly took the time on every appointment, which were weekly, to sit with me to reassure me, to encourage me to not give up. She was truly my champion! The staff in the office is both professional and very knowledgeable in the products and troubleshooting. I would highly recommend Dr. Kelly and her staff. 100% + A+ and all of Midwest Hearing. ”
