She believes Professional Hearing Services, is a successful practice because each team member is passionate in what they are doing and in bettering people’s lives.

“Suzanne O'Connor was fabulous! After identifying my hearing problem, she offered great solutions and quickly resolved my hearing loss with perfect fitting and discrete aids. I'm like a young kid again enjoying sounds that I've not heard for years, like birds singing! Thanks Suzanne O'Connor!”
“I was received by the receptionist in a friendly and efficient manner. My appointment to see the audiologist was short but she was friendly, concerned and thorough. I felt that my needs were well taken care of. ”
“My hearing aids are 7 years old (very old for hearing aids). One broke and was sent for repair. When returned, I had feedback (in 7 years, ear canals change). Dr. O'Connor's assistant Amanda was great! Two visits and it was great again. The persistence and patience is faithful. Professional Hearing is dedicated to helping people HEAR. I rate them TEN STARS. ”
“I like his prompt, pleasant manner, professionalism and service. I am very pleased with my improved hearing — and so are my relatives and friends!”
