About Us

We are all about patient care, and always doing the right thing for our patients. Our mission is to identify and help the hearing-impaired population, with integrity, compassion, and dignity. We are a small, privately owned business. Our CEO and Owner is Gene Armel, and he has been with the hearing industry for over 38 years. All of our staff members are dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and care to our patients. Our owner has great compassion for the hearing impaired, because he, himself, also wears amplification. Our three offices in Southern Indiana: Madison, Greensburg, and Seymour, are all professionally staffed. Our audiologist on staff, Kim Bowen, has a Masters in Audiology. Each office is fully equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, including Sound Booths, Typanometry, and Real Ear Measurement with Live Speech Mapping. We have otolabs for hearing aid cleanings, and the latest in computer software for programming the hearing aids. We have two mobile units to take care of our Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Facilities, and Factory Testing. We are a full-service company, as well. We do diagnostic testing for Vocational Rehab, and Veterans Administration (VA). We supply our hearing aids patients with hearing aid batteries and accessories, always kept in stock. Community outreach and educational seminars and services are crucial to the care of not only our patients, but anyone who is hearing impaired or has a friend or loved one who is hearing impaired. We do educational programs regarding hearing, including: hearing loss and solutions, dealing with a loved one with a hearing loss, what technology is right for you and your loss, and a variety of other topics.
