Dr. Phyllis Stern-Weisman has been with North Suburban Hearing Service for almost 20 years. She became an audiologist because she wanted to help people detect hearing loss early and improve their lives through better hearing. She has worked with patients of all ages in a variety of clinical settings, including a hospital, an ENT office, and a University clinic. Originally from New York, Dr. Stern-Weisman earned her bachelor’s degree from Bradley University, her master’s degree from Northern Illinois University and her doctor of audiology degree from A.T. Still University.
Sherwin Weisman, board-certified hearing instrument specialist, has been with North Suburban Hearing Service since 1995. He enjoys helping individuals with hearing loss because he knows that his work impacts more than just the individual; it also impacts the individual’s relationships with friends and family. Prior to joining North Suburban Hearing Service, Sherwin worked in retail management for over twenty years. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business management at Northern Illinois University.
