“On my first visit for a hearing aid repair, I found this office to be refreshingly pleasant and efficient. Dr. Fetscher was knowledgeable and sensitive with great "bed-side manner". A pleasure to deal with. All the office staff were professional and friendly to a tee. I am gratified to have such excellent service available. I will certainly be back for any hearing concerns!”

“Dr. Fetscher has all the qualities essential for dealing with patients with hearing loss. She is very patient and readily answers all questions (even anticipates questions that should be asked). Her demeanor, though very professional, is warm and caring. I was very impressed with the depth of her knowledge and her ability to explain all the nuances of hearing loss that affect other aspects of life. The hearing evaluation and fitting of the hearing aids was infinitely more thorough than past experience. I look forward to my future appointments with Dr. Fetscher. ”
