The Hearing and Balance Center is a trusted leader which provides full-range diagnostics of hearing and balance disorders as well as advanced solutions for improved communication. In our practice, the emphasis on the patient's needs and lifestyle is paramount when selecting amplification options. Counseling includes a full review of all test findings, as well as discussion of the patient's needs and expectations regarding hearing instrument selection, costs and styles. During the discussion the patient will be allowed to wear hearing instruments to really hear what appropriate amplification sounds like. There are a variety of payment methods available including payment plans. Once a purchase is made, the patient is given a 30 day adaptation period to truly give the instruments a "test-drive" in the environments they frequent - home, restaurants, work, theatre. We offer in-house repairs on hearing instruments, as well as factory repair of most models, regardless of where they were purchased. We also keep our patients abreast of the latest advances in technology so, as a consumer, they are educated to the best products available to them. Over the years, our satisfied patients have become a great resource for growing our practice, as they refer family and friends to also take the step to returning to the world of better hearing.
