Natalie M. McKee, owner of Bloomington-Normal Audiology, chose to become an audiologist because of her personal experience with hearing loss. She sees patients of all ages for hearing evaluations at the Bloomington and Pontiac offices. In addition, she evaluates balance concerns at Central Illinois Institute of Balance. Dr. McKee is very active in the local community as a member of the Bloomington-Normal Jaycees and as a specialty judge for hearing-related projects at the Illinois Junior Academy of Science State Science Fair.
Arica J. Rock became an audiologist because she wants to improve the daily lives of those with hearing loss. Her experience includes a variety of clinical settings, including hospitals and ENT offices. She sees patients of all ages at the Bloomington and Pontiac locations. When she’s not busy impacting her patients’ lives, Dr. Rock enjoys reading and camping with her husband and children.
Danica Billingsly chose audiology as a profession because of her desire to help people and her interests in music, biology and linguistics. Her past clinical experiences include working for a large ENT office, a hospital, and as a clinical faculty member and instructor at Northern Illinois University. In her free time, Dr. Billingsly does volunteer work, grows vegetables in her garden, reads, knits and spends time with her husband and daughters.
Stacy A. Chalmers enjoys being an audiologist because she can help a diverse population of patients and their families. She has been employed by Bloomington-Normal Audiology for many years, as she first joined the practice as part of the front office team while she was earning her undergraduate degree at Illinois State University. She sees patients in the Bloomington office. Dr. Chalmers spends a good portion of her free time volunteering for Big Brothers Big Sisters of McLean County and at her son’s preschool.
For the past 20 years, Bloomington-Normal Audiology has been a hearing healthcare provider that you can trust. Our staff regularly attends continuing education courses to offer state of the art care right here in Central Illinois. We pride ourselves in taking extra time to answer questions and provide support to our patients with hearing loss, giving you the information you need in order to make your best decisions.
We have two convenient offices to serve central Illinois. Our Bloomington office is at 1404 Eastland Drive, Suite 203, Bloomington, IL 61701 and our Pontiac office is at 1508 Reynolds, Suite B (in the Sullivan Office Complex), Pontiac, IL 61764.
Bloomington-Normal Audiology (BNA) is a business primarily created to be of service to people who have difficulties related to hearing loss, tinnitus, auditory processing disorders and/or vestibular disorders. It is also dedicated to promote hearing conservation and protection for those individuals exposed to loud environments.
