Richard earned his B.S. from Idaho State University He was given the opportunity to enter the hearing health care field later in life and found it was very rewarding to help people improve their quality of life through better hearing. He is Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences and enjoys working with patients and their families helping to improve this very important part of each of their lives, which is communication.

Amy joined the Hearing Counselors over a year ago as she felt herself being drawn to helping their patients. As a Hearing Instrument Specialist, she loves helping her patients improve their communication and understanding with their loved ones. My time away from work is spent keeping up with the ever-expanding activities with my family which includes playing sports and spending time with her love ones.
