More than 20 years ago, Dr. Linda Chiu established a private ENT practice in Kailua. While her focus is on medical management of hearing disorders, it's unlikely that you will ever meet a medical doctor more informed about hearing aids than Dr. Chiu. She regularly attends seminars offered by major manufacturers such as Widex and Oticon so that she can be up to speed on the latest technology in the industry. She is a beloved figure in the Kailua community because of her dedication to helping patients and her amazing bedside manner.

You will always be seen by a doctor at our office, not a physician's assistant, or a resident, or anyone else in training. Dr. Wassermann, the audiologist, works closely with Dr. Chiu, the Otolaryngologist, to ensure proper diagnosis of your hearing problems, and they continue to work closely on an individualized treatment plan to help you achieve the best outcome possible.
Hearing care services
Diagnostics include audiometry, auditory brainstem response, otoacoustic emissions analysis, tympanometry, videonystagmography and balance assessment.
Treatment includes everything from simple recommendations on free apps to download to relieve tinnitus to surgical intervention for middle ear disorders. Most patients with permanent hearing loss can benefit greatly from hearing aids. We provide hearing aids from all of the top manufacturers in the world at a reasonable prices, and perform real-ear verification of every hearing aid fitting.
